Sofia spent hours reviewing documents.
There were signatures of his father.
Transfers.
Handwritten notes.
A phrase was repeated:

Sofia raised the blade.

Victor looked at her.

Victor kept quiet.
Sofia kept reading.

Victor tensed.
A man who worked with your father.

I can't prove it.

Victor showed him a signature.
“Because this authorization was validated by him.
Sofia paled.

The creation of the trust.
So he knows the conditions?

Sofia thought.

Sofia looked at the door.

Sofia closed the folder.
Why did you take off your costume tonight?
He looked at her.

Sofia felt a blow.

Then Sofia's phone vibrated.

A message.
“Congratulations on the wedding.”
Sofia was freezing.
Second message:
“Ask your husband why your father died three days after meeting him.”
Sofia slowly looked up.
Victor had lost all the color.
Is it true?

Did you meet my father three days before his death?
"Yes.
Why did you never say it?
Because that meeting was the reason I started this investigation.
“What happened?”
Victor closed his eyes.
