Quick No Bake Coconut Macaroons Recipe

Storage & Make-Ahead Tips

How to Store

Store no-bake coconut macaroons in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.

How to Freeze

Freeze the macaroons in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Separate layers with parchment paper so they do not stick together.

How to Serve

Serve chilled for a firmer texture or let them sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes for a softer chew.

Best Make-Ahead Tip

Make them the night before a party. The texture becomes firmer and easier to serve after several hours in the fridge.
