Ingredients needed

(Makes approximately 100 g / 3.5 oz of cream; adjust as needed)

2 tablespoons of finely ground coffee – provide caffeine to stimulate circulation and firm the skin
1/4 cup unscented baby oil – a light mineral oil that retains moisture
1 tablespoon of petroleum jelly – creates a nearly impenetrable barrier to prevent water loss
3 vitamin E capsules (400 IU each) – a fat-soluble antioxidant for extra collagen protection
1 teaspoon of virgin coconut oil – a lipid rich in lauric acid that soothes and strengthens the skin barrier
1 teaspoon of cold-pressed rosehip oil – a natural source of vitamin A to correct skin tone
1 tablespoon of pure aloe vera gel – hydrates and soothes while providing a whipped texture

(Options to enhance the fragrance: 2 to 3 drops of lavender essential oil or ½ teaspoon of shea butter for added creaminess.)

Brew the coffee.
- Mix the coffee grounds and baby oil in a heat-resistant glass jar.
