Storage & Make-Ahead Tips
How to Store
Store the macaroons in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Keep them chilled so the chocolate drizzle stays firm.
How to Freeze
Freeze in a freezer-safe container for up to 2 months. Place parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
How to Serve
Serve chilled for a firmer bite or let them sit at room temperature for 5 to 10 minutes for a softer chewy texture.
Best Make-Ahead Tip
Make them the night before serving. The macaroons become easier to handle, prettier to plate, and more set after several hours in the fridge.
