Storage & Meal Prep Tips
How to Store
Store fruit salad in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. For the best texture, choose sturdy fruits and avoid adding bananas until serving.
How to Keep It Fresh
Dry the fruit well before mixing, store the dressing separately if making it ahead, and keep the salad chilled until ready to serve.
How to Serve at Parties
Serve in a large glass bowl with a big spoon. Keep the bowl cold, and do not leave fruit salad at room temperature for too long, especially outdoors.
Best Meal Prep Tip
Portion the fruit into containers without delicate fruits. Add bananas, raspberries, mint, and dressing the day you plan to eat it.
